University of FloridaUniversity of Florida (UF) has an undergraduate and a graduate degree program.
The interior design program here is a limited-access program. Not all students are accepted into the program. During the sophomore year, school faculty will review each sophomore student's work and determine whether that student will be allowed to continue as an interior design major.

The University of Georgia in Athens, Georgia, is a large school that offers pretty much anything an incoming student would want in a traditional college experience.
Florida International University offers a Master of Interior Architecture degree (MIA) along with a post-professional Master of Arts Interior Architecture degree (MaIA). These are graduate-level degrees that involve advanced study, however, the program and many of the classes are available to undergraduates as well.
Washburn University is in Topeka, Kansas. While they don't offer a design degree, they do have a BA in Art and a BFA in Studio Arts.
