Individuals who want to become an interior designer will most likely have trouble finding a convenient college that offers an undergraduate degree in this field. Most universities do not offer this type of degree. But there are some campus-based specialty schools that offer arts and design education training programs that may work well. Luckily, you shouldn't need a bachelor's degree to get into this field. While some professional designers have a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree or some other art or design related degree, many do not. If you're serious and you can successfully complete a short, focused training program, you should be able to secure your first job.
